Technique Lab is a family-friendly jiu jitsu academy located right in the heart of West Richland. We are excited to bring high level jiu jitsu instruction to the community. We specialize in Brazilian jiu jitsu and have a well rounded approach that includes self-defense, sport jiu jitsu, bully proofing, gi, and nogi. We offer all our classes five days a week. At Technique Lab, you will get one-on-one time with instructors and personal feedback. We can help you reach your goals, whether you want to lose weight, get fit, be a casual practitioner and have a physical outlet, become more confident by learning some practical self-defense, or train to be a high level competitor or future world champion!
