If Winnie the Pooh and grizzle bear DNA were combined, Ehren would be the result. A Christopher Robin like persona with a big teddy bear hug, Coach Ehren will often have his face down in a notebook taking notes like the famous Leonardo but don't let his turtle game fool you.
Ehren has lived everywhere from Everett, Washington to Tokyo, Japan. He is currently a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under James "300" Foster/One Jiu-Jitsu. Ehren has been training since 2010, teaching since 2012 and refereeing since 2015. Concurrently to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu he developed skill-sets in law enforcement and military curriculum. He is the head instructor of EJJC and manages the day-to-day operations of the club.
